Patents — the Slavyanka winding portfolio

A recurring skeptic's claim has been that Sovelmash owns no real IP. The Russian patent register shows nineteen filings across the motor-winding family — nine active inventions running through 2031 to 2040, ten earlier utility models establishing the development timeline back to 2011. Each entry is linkable to the Rospatent certificate. The core winding design is additionally held as a commercial trade secret outside the patent record.

ON THE TWO HOLDERS

A portion of the portfolio is held by OOO AS&PP, a predecessor entity through which the early work in 2011–2014 was carried out. The later inventions (2017–2020) are filed directly under OOO Sovelmash, incorporated in 2017.

The authorship is largely continuous across both holders: D.A. Duyunov, E.D. Duyunov, Yu.M. Agrikov, I.N. Yakovlev (now General Director of Sovelmash), V.L. Blinov, Ya.O. Teplova, V.L. Klopov. The overlap establishes a single development track spanning more than a decade.
