Open Projects, Real Visits, Physical Verification

This section documents the strongest international visit cases where investors and partners came on site, saw facilities in person, and verified progress with their own eyes.

PRINCIPLE OF OPEN ACCESS

  • Investors and partners can physically visit facilities instead of relying only on presentations.
  • Delegations repeatedly attended site tours, engineering briefings, and field programs.
  • The model sells transparency through direct verification: see, ask, inspect, and decide.

International delegation visits Sovelmash PKTB

November 30, 2023 · Sovelmash construction site, Zelenograd, Russia

Alexander Sudarev guided an international delegation through the Sovelmash construction site and answered questions from partners representing multiple regions. The visit mattered beyond the people in the room: regional leaders could collect fresh information and exclusive visual material, then relay first-hand evidence to investors and partners who could not visit the facility themselves. Jose Luis Guerra, SOLARGROUP partner in Peru, described the visit as a privilege that let him see the PKTB with his own eyes and strengthen confidence across Latin America.

EDITORIAL CONCLUSION

The core proposition is simple: this is crowd-investing with physical access.

  • People do not finance abstractions; they verify live environments.
  • Delegation traffic is evidence of openness, not a decorative PR layer.
  • Transparency here is operational: you can come, inspect, and question directly.

When money asks for proof, open doors are the strongest argument.
